      Just 3 easy steps, you can transfer your social security scheme through the SSO Connect application. Download the SSO Connect application and do the following steps !

• Enter the application and register for membership, then Login to the system.

• Select "Change Hospital" and select the reason for changing the hospital to "Annual Change"

• Choose a hospital "Phitsanulok Hospital" Tick the ✔ mark to accept the terms and conditions and press the "Confirm" button.
