      Adolescence has the most rapid growth rate in their live span, especially skeletal and muscular system, therefore children should be supported by good dietaries or activities. Today, we have good tip and trick to promote bone and muscle for your children.

  • Avoid risky behaviors, inactive life style is harmful for bones and muscles, such as prolonged sitting, caffeine intake, high sugar drink and salty foods.
  • Regularly exercise, force and motion around bone and joint could be provided normal bone, cartilage and muscle growth in adolescent period.
  • Choose nutritious foods, especially high calcium, vitamin D, that are able to find in egg yolks, nuts, fish or other seafood.
